No. Every set is a build-it-yourself brick kit: all the bricks with your custom details printed on, a display base with heart, and digital 3D instructions. Building it is part of the gift.

One clear, well-lit photo that shows everyone in your chosen set, with faces easy to see (up to 10 MB). We design from that single photo and don't combine separate photos, so if you don't have one, contact us before you order.

Yes. You receive a design preview by email before anything is printed. Your order includes 2 free revision rounds; additional rounds are $5 each. Major redesigns or a new reference photo may need an additional design fee. Once you approve, production starts and changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Scan the QR code in the box and the 3D instructions open in your browser, one brick at a time. No app needed. Each figure is about 150–200 pieces and each pet about 100–120, plus the display base.

It's a stylized brick portrait, not a 3D scan. Bricks can't capture every detail, which is exactly why you preview and approve the design before we make it.

We print your custom parts and pack the kit about 3 business days after you approve the design. Tracked shipping then takes about 6–10 days. Your estimated arrival date is shown next to the Customize button.

Full refund any time before your design preview is sent. 50% refund after the preview but before final approval. Once you approve and production starts, the order can't be cancelled. If your kit arrives damaged or materially different from the approved design, contact us and we'll make it right.

Every kit is packed and counted by the workshop. If something is missing, contact us with your order number and the step number, and we'll help you sort it out.
