Welcome to Bricks of Us. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Bricks of Us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Products

Bricks of Us creates personalized brick portraits based on one reference photo per set and order information provided by customers.

Because every item is custom-designed, the final product may not reproduce every detail of a photograph exactly. Hairstyles, clothing, facial features, pets, colors, proportions, accessories, and other details are interpreted within the limitations and style of brick-based designs.

A design preview is provided before production so that you can review the design.

2. Photos and Content You Upload

By uploading your reference photo or providing order information to Bricks of Us, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• you have permission from any identifiable person shown in the photographs where required;
• the content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
• the content is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Bricks of Us permission to use your submitted content solely as necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

We will not use your personal photographs for public advertising or promotional purposes without your permission.

3. Design Preview

A design preview is normally provided within approximately 24–48 hours after we receive your clear reference photo and order information.

You are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully before approving it.

Please check details such as:

• people and pets included;
• hairstyle and appearance;
• clothing;
• colors;
• accessories; and
• other details shown in your reference photo.

Production begins only after you approve the final design.

4. Revisions

Each order includes 2 free revision rounds.

A revision round may include multiple changes submitted together.

Additional revision rounds are US$5 each and must be paid before the additional revision is prepared.

Major redesigns, replacing the person or pet, changing the original reference photo, or substantially changing the original customization request may require an additional design fee.

Once the final design has been approved and production has started, further design changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Because our products are personalized, cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of the order.

Before the design preview is sent:

You may cancel your order for a 100% refund.

After the design preview has been sent but before final approval:

You may cancel your order for a 50% refund.

After final approval and production begins:

The order can no longer be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

If the finished product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the design you approved, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Production and Shipping

After final design approval, production normally takes approximately 3 business days.

Standard worldwide shipping is currently offered free of charge.

Shipping normally takes approximately 6–10 days after production is completed, depending on the destination.

Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

• revision requests;
• customs processing;
• carrier delays;
• public holidays;
• weather;
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payment must be successfully completed before we begin processing an order.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges may be displayed or collected according to your delivery location and applicable requirements.

8. Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate:

• email address;
• shipping address;
• uploaded reference photo; and
• other information required to complete your order.

Bricks of Us is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

9. Product Appearance

Images shown on our website are intended to demonstrate the style and type of personalized products we create.

Because every order is individually customized, your finished product will differ from examples shown on the website.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, materials, and manufacturing variations.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Bricks of Us name, branding, website design, graphics, written content, and original website materials belong to Bricks of Us and may not be reproduced, copied, or commercially used without permission.

Customer-owned photographs remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services to:

• violate any applicable law;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malicious software;
• submit fraudulent orders;
• interfere with the operation or security of our website; or
• use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving prohibited or inappropriate content.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, personalization tools, analytics services, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bricks of Us will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
