Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because every Bricks of Us order is personalized, our cancellation policy depends on the stage of your order.

Before your design preview is sent
You may cancel your order for a 100% refund.

After your design preview is sent, but before final approval
You may cancel your order for a 50% refund.

After final design approval and production begins
Your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If your finished product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the design you approved, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

Your order includes 2 free revision rounds. A revision round may include multiple changes submitted together. Additional revision rounds are $5 each and must be paid before the next revision is prepared.

Once the final design has been approved and production begins, further design changes cannot be guaranteed.
